From the Problem Solving Dashboard (/app/{tenant}/problem-solving/dashboard):

  • Status Distribution: Real-time breakdown of open claims across D0 through D8.
  • Containment Cycle Time: Average hours required to deploy validated interim containment (target: < 24-48 hours).
  • Mean Time to Resolution (MTTR): Average calendar days from intake to final D8 sign-off.
  • Top Recurring Defect Categories: Pareto distribution of failure modes to guide proactive quality improvement.
