Access & Permissions

To protect corporate financial data, access to the Billing section is strictly restricted:

• Tenant Owner: Full control over subscriptions, payments, and seat allocations.
• Billing Role: Full operational authority to manage plans, invoices, and billing settings.
• Tenant Administrator: Read-only visibility to inspect current tier, seat counts, and invoices without modification privileges.

Billing Dashboard Operations

Most day-to-day administrative tasks can be performed directly within the Billing dashboard:

• Subscription Management: Upgrade, downgrade, or pause subscriptions and switch billing cycles.
• Invoice Details: Update billing addresses and invoice contact details.
• Invoice History: Review, track, and download itemized PDF invoices.
• Team Scaling: Send workspace invitations and reassign user tier allocations.

Secure Payment Portal

For sensitive financial and tax information, Fast8D delegates processing to our dedicated payment portal:

• Payment Methods: Add, replace, or remove corporate credit cards, SEPA Direct Debit, and digital wallets.
• Tax IDs & VAT: Safely update tax registration and European VAT numbers directly within the payment provider's secure, PCI-compliant infrastructure.

European Payments & Invoice Settlement

In compliance with European Strong Customer Authentication (SCA / 3D Secure) regulations, transactions may require banking authorization:

• In-App Settlement: Pay pending or uncollected invoices directly from the dashboard using the payment provider's secure authorization library.
• Email Authorization Link: Alternatively, approvers can complete the authorization using the secure payment link delivered by email.
