Fast8D scales transparently with your quality team by combining flexible per-user licensing with streamlined invoice handling.

Per-User Licensing

Fast8D subscriptions are priced strictly per user: each license is always tied directly to an invited user in the workspace. There are no arbitrary seat bundles or unused "floating" seats.

Always Linked to Invited Users: Licenses are not tracked as generic "occupied vs. available" pools. Every license is directly associated with a specific invited or active team member.
Scales Directly with Invitations: Inviting a colleague immediately activates a license for that user; removing a user or deleting an invitation revokes the corresponding license.

Tenant Workspace Line Item

On your invoice breakdown, you will notice a distinct line item associated with the Tenant workspace. This item is always free (€0 / $0) and serves as the architectural anchor for your organization data. You will never be charged for this item.

Invitations Management

User onboarding and license expansion are centralized under Billing > Invitations:

Authority & Roles: Because each new invitation directly activates a paid user license, invitations can only be created, resent, or revoked by the Tenant Owner and team members assigned the Billing role. Tenant Administrators maintain read-only visibility into the list of users and invitations.
Immediate Prorated Billing: Dispatching an invitation activates a license for that user and is billed immediately for the prorated duration of the current billing cycle.
Invitation Delivery & Acceptance: Invited users receive an email containing a secure clickable link ready for immediate use. Alternatively, invitees can simply sign in and visit their personal invitations page (or paste the link there), where the pending tenant invite is listed and ready to be accepted with a single click.
7-Day Validity Window: Each invitation remains valid for 7 days. If an invitee does not complete registration within this period, the invite expires automatically.
Tracking & Actions: From the Invitations dashboard, authorized billing managers can monitor real-time statuses (Pending, Accepted, Expired), resend notification emails, or delete unneeded invitations.

Invitation Revocation & Renewal Credits

If an invitation is revoked or a user is removed from the tenant, the associated license is removed. Fast8D does not issue direct payment refunds; instead, the remaining unused prorated balance is credited directly to your workspace account and will automatically offset your next subscription renewal.

Invoices & Receipts

Fast8D distinguishes between immediate proof of payment and official fiscal accounting records:

Printable Receipts (Available Immediately): As soon as a transaction completes, a printable receipt preview is accessible directly from the Invoices dashboard. This provides immediate proof of payment for expense reporting, corporate card reconciliations, and internal approvals without delay.
Processed Tax Invoices (Available in 2–3 Days): For transactions with a non-zero balance (total > 0), the formal, tax-compliant invoice—complete with verified corporate tax IDs, European VAT numbers, and official fiscal sequencing—is processed and ready for PDF download in a couple of days.
Zero-Total Records: Free plan tiers, trial credits, and transactions with a €0 balance remain archived as zero-value statements and do not require separate tax invoicing.
