Team Recognition

• Document individual and cross-functional contributions.
• Highlight innovative solutions and proactive efforts that prevented customer downtime.
• Notify organization leadership of successful non-conformance resolution.

Sign-off & Formal Approval

Before a claim status changes to Closed:

1. Champion signs off on all completed tasks and uploaded verification records.
2. Sponsor or Quality Manager completes executive review and authorizes final closure.
3. The official Fast8D comprehensive PDF summary is generated and archived for customer audit compliance.
